Homemade Tzatziki Sauce Recipe

  YOU NEED:

  • 16 oz. plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cucumber, peeled
  • 2 cloves of garlic, grated
  • 2 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

  HOW TO:

  1. Finely dice the cucumber into a paper towel and squeeze to remove moisture.
  2. Add cucumber to yogurt along with remaining ingredients.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Allow to rest at least 1 hour then salt and pepper to taste.
