YOU NEED:
- 16 oz. plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber, peeled
- 2 cloves of garlic, grated
- 2 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
HOW TO:
- Finely dice the cucumber into a paper towel and squeeze to remove moisture.
- Add cucumber to yogurt along with remaining ingredients.
- Blend until smooth.
- Allow to rest at least 1 hour then salt and pepper to taste.
