BBQ Chicken Legs

How To:

  1. Set your grill up for indirect grilling.
  2. Salt and pepper your legs and place them on the cool side of the grill.  Cook for 30 minutes.
  3. With a brush or sauce mop, brush Bourbon BBQ sauce all over chicken and move directly over the heat.  Cook for 10 minutes, turning frequently to avoid burning the sauce.
  4. Repeat Sauce 2 or three more times (every 10 minutes) or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
