You Need:
- 6 chicken legs
- The Mill’s Tangy Bourbon BBQ Sauce
- Salt and pepper
How To:
- Set your grill up for indirect grilling.
- Salt and pepper your legs and place them on the cool side of the grill. Cook for 30 minutes.
- With a brush or sauce mop, brush Bourbon BBQ sauce all over chicken and move directly over the heat. Cook for 10 minutes, turning frequently to avoid burning the sauce.
- Repeat Sauce 2 or three more times (every 10 minutes) or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
