You Need:

  • 1 large potato
  • 1 tablespoon bacon fat (or canola oil)
  • 1/2 tablespoon Mill seasoning

How To:

  1. Cover a cutting board with paper towels. Using a boxed grater, grate the potato using the largest holes.  Spread potato pieces evenly across the cutting board, then press on top with more paper towels until moisture from potatoes is removed.
  2. Place potatoes in a bowl and add seasoning.  Stir until combined.
  3. Heat the bacon fat or oil in a large skillet over medium heat.  Then add the potatoes in an even layer.
  4. Let potatoes cook for 5 minutes without touching them.  Flip them over and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes.
  5. Enjoy the flavor!
