The Perfect Steak

What is better then a perfectly cooked steak?  Cook it right every time with these simple tips.
  1. You need to start with the right seasoning.  Spice Heist Steak Seasoning will accent your beef without over salting it.  An even layer on all sides of your steak will leave you with an irresistible crust.
  2.  Let it sit at room temperature an hour with the seasoning on it.  If you pull your steak straight out of the refrigerator to the heat your steak will cook unevenly.
  3. Don’t fuss with the meat while its cooking.  Never press down on the steak while cooking you may press out the juices.
  4. Use a thermometer to check the temperature.  DO NOT cut into the steak to check temperature.  Once it is off the heat it MUST rest for at least 10 minutes before cutting.  If you slice into your steak as soon as it comes off the heat all of the juice will spill out and the meat could become dry.
