You Need:
- 1 pound deer meat, ground
- 1/4 pound bacon, ground
- Spice Heist Crosstown Steak Rub
- 1 teaspoon canola oil
- 4 hamburger buns
- Your favorite burger toppings
How To:
- In a large bowl mix bacon and deer meat until well blended.
- Form into 4 equal sized patties slightly bigger then your bun. The patty will reduce in size during cooking.
- Season both sides of the party’s with an even layer Crosstown Seasoning Blend.
- Brush grill or skillet with oil to prevent sticking. Grill or pan fry using a heavy skillet. Cook 3-5 minutes a side depending on the thickness of the patties. The internal temperature should reach 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Place on a toasted bun with your favorite toppings.
