Andrew’s Chicken Dish

You Need:

  • 2  pounds chicken thighs
  • 1 large white onion, cut into large chunks
  • 1 pound small red potatoes, quartered
  • 1 fennel, cut into strips
  • 2 large carrots, cut into pieces
  • Spice Heist Crosstown Seasoning

How To:

  1. Preheat your oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Place chicken at the bottom of a foil lined or greased pan
  3. Fill in the pan with cut up vegetables
  4. Cover the pan with an even layer of Crosstown Seasoning
  5. Back for 1 hour or until the internal temperature of the thighs reaches 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
