You Need:
- 2 pounds chicken thighs
- 1 large white onion, cut into large chunks
- 1 pound small red potatoes, quartered
- 1 fennel, cut into strips
- 2 large carrots, cut into pieces
- Spice Heist Crosstown Seasoning
How To:
- Preheat your oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Place chicken at the bottom of a foil lined or greased pan
- Fill in the pan with cut up vegetables
- Cover the pan with an even layer of Crosstown Seasoning
- Back for 1 hour or until the internal temperature of the thighs reaches 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
