You Need:
- Lamb chops
- Any Spice Heist Steak Seasoning
How to:
- Prepare the grill or grill pan to medium high heat.
- Season all sides of the chops with seasoning.
- Place chops directly over coals for 3 to 4 minutes a side or until the internal temperature is between 145 and 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Allow to rest for 5 minutes. Serve and Enjoy!
