Breaded Mahi Mahi

YOU NEED:

HOW TO:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Rinse fish and pat dry with a paper towel.
  3. Liberally season the fillets with the Crosstown Seasoning.
  4. Apply a layer of Greek yogurt to the top of the seasoned fillets.
  5. Then sprinkle on panko until the fillets are fully covered. Move to an oiled baking sheet and place in the oven for 25 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and the panko is toasted. The fish is done when a fork can easily pull fish apart and the inside is flaky.
