Baked Chicken Tenders

YOU NEED:
  • 1 pounds chicken tenders
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoons The Mill Rub

HOW TO:

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Use a pairing knife to remove the white tendon from the outside of the meat.
2.  In a large bowl combine chicken, oil and rub. Mix until chicken pieces are evenly coated.
3. Place chicken on a lightly greased sheet pan and bake for 15-20 minutes, turning once.
